If you're unhappy with your hosting or services, reach out to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

What Can Be Refunded?

• Game server subscriptions (within 7 days)
• Hosting packages (trial periods only)
• Add-on services purchased in error (case-by-case)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade my server? Yes! Contact support and we’ll adjust your resources accordingly.

Can I transfer my server to someone else? Not at this time. We’re working on adding this feature in the future.

What’s your average response time? Most tickets are responded to within 24 hours. Urgent support gets faster priority.
