Casual Heroes Hosting Terms of Service

1. Community Conduct

Casual Heroes is a space for gamers, creators, and developers of all backgrounds. To maintain a safe and inclusive environment:

  • Harassment, hate speech, targeted abuse, and discrimination are strictly prohibited.
  • Disruptive behavior in servers, Discord, or hosted spaces may result in removal.
  • Users must be 13 years or older, or have verifiable parental consent.

2. Hosting Services

By using our hosting services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest registration information.
  • Not host or share illegal content, including pirated games or malware.
  • Not use servers for crypto-mining, DDoS, or mass automation.
  • Understand that services may be throttled, suspended, or terminated for abuse.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Expected Uptime: 99.5% monthly average
  • Maintenance Windows: With 24–48 hour notice
  • Unplanned Downtime: We are not liable for:
    • Power or ISP failures
    • Steam, Discord, or game developer outages
    • Client-side mod issues or overuse of system resources

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We may issue discretionary refunds for:

  • Deployment failures not resolved within 48 hours
  • First-time users who cancel within 24 hours
  • Confirmed system bugs that prevent usage

5. Modding & Development

We support creators. Script testing, modding, and automation are allowed if:

  • You own or have the right to modify uploaded content
  • You do not endanger infrastructure, users, or system stability
  • You follow all copyright laws for public-facing content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. By using our service, you grant Casual Heroes permission to:

  • Display your server name/logo in public lists
  • Showcase community builds in marketing content with credit

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access for violations. Examples include:

  • Illegal activity or harassment
  • Repeated ToS violations
  • Chargebacks or payment abuse

8. Privacy & Security

We do not sell user data. Basic tracking is used only to ensure server operation and detect abuse. See our Privacy Policy.
