- Users must be 13 or older
2. Hosting Services
- Provide accurate info when registering
- No abuse or piracy
- Accounts may be throttled/suspended for violations
3. Refunds
All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Discretionary refunds may be granted in special cases.
4. Liability
We are not responsible for downtime, patch conflicts, or third-party failures.
5. Intellectual Property
You own your content, but you grant us permission to use it for display and promotion.
6. Termination
We may suspend or remove access for violations. Casual Heroes reserves the right to deny service.
